Retained Search
For retained searches, we charge an upfront fee when we enter into a contract for each individual assignment. After the contract, we immediately contact, interview, and screen candidates, providing a list in four to six weeks.
We continue with the candidate search and follow-ups, and the consultant assigned to the project will make sure that the hiring process is finished by the deadline.
Retained searches are especially effective for cases listed below.
- Confidential positions. (Executive level positions, new departments, replacements, etc.)
- Highly specialized positions that require candidates not easily available through regular searches.
- Emergency situations where a position needs to be filled fast.
Contingency Search
Clients who are not pressed for time or are looking to fill a non-specialized position often choose the contingency search.
By keeping in close touch with our client’s HR personnel or line manager, we are able to smoothly and quickly find candidates.

We regret to inform you that we currently do not offer our services for the financial industry. If you are looking for special HR tasks that require more than simple recruiting solutions, we offer exclusive services through an advisory contract.

- We mainly support high-level administrative, sales, marketing, engineer (design/development, manufacturing technology, application, field application, QA, etc.), HR, and general affairs positions.
- Do you work with new graduates?
- Unfortunately, new graduate recruiting is not within our services. We do however work with recent graduates with work experience, graduate school researchers, doctors (PhD), and postdocs.
